Synthetic hormones can cause potential health risks. By our ranch not using hormones in our herd, this creates better meat and health benefits for the end consumer.
No Antibotics
Animals with antibiotics can develop antibiotic-resistant bacteria, which can cause the consumer potential health risks. We make the conscious decision to only use antibiotics when in life saving situations.
No Steroids
Herds that are allowed to develop naturally, without the use of steroids, offer a better taste and texture of beef. With our herds and consumers health in mind, we do not use steroids on our herds.
Stress Free
Cattle respond better to vaccines and treatments, reduce sickness, and have better weight gain and feed efficiency when not stressed. This results in better quality taste and texture in beef. This is why having a stress-free herd is a top priority for our ranch.
Born & Raised
Our calves are born and raised with their mothers. They live their whole lives here which allows them to avoid the stress of separation and transportation. Giving them a better quality life and the consumer better quality beef.
Grain Finish
Grass Finish
A grass-finished cattle diet can result in beef with a healthier fat profile, potentially higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), and lower overall calories. It also aligns with more sustainable farming practices, potentially reducing the carbon footprint and promoting animal welfare.
